The Morso Forno outdoor grill oven is made from solid enamelled cast iron fitted on a three-legged base made from teak and held together with a stainless steel ring. Three hangers are fitted on the ring for grill tools and there is an optional Grill Forno door. The special surface of the grill grate has innumerable small pores that absorb the fat and flavourings from the meat. This unique feature ensures that the meat is grilled in its own juices, unlike stainless steel grates where the meat is NOT grilled but roasted. Includes a cast iron coal insert and grill grate.
