Six generations strong, this iconic South Australian family-owned winery turns 150 in 2020 and celebrated with a newly refurbished cellar door, complete with seating area and mini museum!
Glow had the privilege of completing the commercial electrical and mechanical work on Henschke’s new cellar door. Built in the 1860s by Johann Christian Henschke, this cellar door is one of the most captivating wine experiences in the Barossa. The beautiful stone building was once a grain barn but it has been transformed into a modern and open space.
Henschke’s cellar door has free tastings, or you can sample their more iconic wines, including their famous Hill of Grace shiraz, in a private tasting as part of their VIP Tour.
