We deliver wood heaters within metropolitan Adelaide for $150 and $300 for outside metropolitan Adelaide. We also deliver wood heater accessories for $55 Australia-wide.

The delivery cost will be added during checkout when you enter your postcode. We also offer a free pick up service from our City or South Coast showrooms. We will be in touch once your order has been processed.

Returns – Wood Heaters

At Glow Heating Cooling Electrical we offer a range of Wood Heaters to compliment our heating and cooling range. We only deal with trusted brands from suppliers who stand behind their products. All suppliers offer a manufactures warranty, which comes with your new wood heater.

On the rare occasion that an item needs to be returned or repaired, we want this to be a simple and easy process. Our returns policy is below.


Depending on the issue, Glow Heating Cooling Electrical will repair or refund due to:

  • The wood heater is faulty or damaged in transit

  • The wood heater is not fit for purpose

  • The wood heater does not match our description.

Refunds will be given as money back minus delivery fee. The delivery fee will be waived in the case of an exchange.

Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund.

Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging and include operating manuals and any other standard paperwork. The refund/exchange will be made only when the item has been received and checked for any missing parts or damage.

If a fault or damage is reported, we will usually send a technician to site. If the fault is not a warranty or damage issue, a fee will be charged.

Please note: Often a wood heater will arrive with rubbing or scuffing on its body.  This is not unusual, and the Wood heater can be touched up by spray painting with a suitable wood fire paint. The paint ‘sets’ once the wood heater has been lit and burning.

Change of Mind Returns

We will do our best to make sure the wood fire you choose meets all your requirements. Please ensure you choose the best wood fire for you, as we do not offer change of mind returns.


Wood fire installations are done by a third party, as discussed with the customer prior to installation, if required. If there is any issue with a wood fire installation, please contact your installer.

Operating difficulties

Please refer to the manufacturers Operating Manual for correct operation for your wood heater. We also have information on our website on fire lighting etc.  If there is still an issue, please contact us for advice, as we are happy to help.
